The Flint DSBA Mission

The DSBA is a flexible, fluid responsive and action oriented group of downtown supporters dedicated to the enhancement of business, entertainment and cultural opportunities in the downtown Business District by interfacing with existing political, community and neighborhood organizations / resources.
